Botulinum toxin has been used for over 40 years to improve lines formed when a muscle contracts. These are called dynamic lines and are often most noticeable on the forehead and the side of the eyes, also known as crow’s feet.


A tiny amount of the toxin is injected into the muscle with a fine needle, and over a few days, it starts to relax the muscle by blocking the nerve signals. This, in turn, smooths out the fine lines. The toxin wears off after some time, and we recommended to repeat the procedure every three to four months.
