Massage and Manual therapy studio is run by Ellie Eitani. She has been working since 2017 as a therapist across various clinics and events in the North East.
Ellie offers manual Osteopathic type treatments, she trained with the likes; Erik Dalton Myoskeletal, John Gibbons Bodymaster, Eyal Lederman- Harmonic Technique, the treatments are designed to restore function, relieve pain, re-balance and educate the body. 
Level 4 SM, Certified Oncology therapist and a member of the MSMA Number 26294.
Ellie is a Tropic Skincare Ambassador, she uses Tropic for all face treaments and sells it directly.

For this treatment Ellie will use the best skin care collection in the market. "Tropic Skincare range"- smoothing cleanser, morning mist, rainforest dew and skin feast. Organic and cruelty free. You will feel and look amazing!! Hydrating, nourishing and calming. Ingredients include green tea extract, aloe vera juice and Hyaluronic acid amongst others.

A massage designed for pregnancy that involves various massage techniques that helps with any uncomfort and aches during pregnancy. This consists of drainage movements that releives excess water retension and puffyness. 
Pregnancy massage involves being positioned on your side with lots of extra cushioning for full comfort and also sitting up to work on the feet and head to finish.
This is a full body massage designed to be comfortable and very safe. Aromatherpy essential oils are avoided for safety reasons but a high quality  carrier oil will be used to leave the skin soft and supple.

This is an energy healing treatment which involves the use my hands either directly on the body or hothering just above to transmit energy. There are varios positions of which I will use on various areas of the body. I like to cover each chakra point and see what I sense to assist the areas that need more healing. I also often use crystal placement to assist with the healing process.
The process works by my hands working as a transmitter of using universal love energy to increase positive energy flow through the body and dissolve and remove any negative blocks that will enhance the bodys own ability to heal itself and restore it back to balance. 
Reiki is beneficial to a wide range of health conditions including stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
I will begin this treatment by scanning each chakra using a pendulum and my intuition to see where there is any inbalance or blocks.

Deep tissue

A massage that aims to work the muscle tissue on a deeper level. It consists of warming up the muscles with basic massage strokes followed by using deeper pressure using forearms, knuckles and elbow work. This massage is good for anyone who likes deeper pressure, people who do alot of physical exercise or get alot of pain caused by tension in the body. The firm pressure releases any deep patterns of  tension and stress in the body.

A massage focused on the upper body, face and head alongside energy healing concentrating on the upper chakras. this massage is great for overall wellbeing specifically aids relaxation and is good for stress, headaches and insomnia. On a physical level this massage is good for any upper tension especially the head and neck. On a mental level it aids clear positive thinking, inspiration and intuition.

Holistic massage

A massage that uses various techniques such as flowing, soothing, rythmical movements that aims to drain out toxins and heal the body on a physical, emotional and energy level. I offer to finish the treatment with some reiki and pressure points.
This involves using specific aromatherapy oils  to suit the clients needs followed by energy healing methods.

Ellie Eitani, will carry out an assessment and provide rehabilitation functional exercises, as well as a medical massage treatment that can include kinesio taping and acupuncture.
For those who have lost confidence in their physical abilities. It could be due to having a recent operation, health issues or even due to post covid. 
You will expect either a weekly or fortnight visit, where we will go over the exercises and make sure they are challenging and above all functional to your day to day activity. 
Ultimate outcome is to get you back to being active in your life, be pain free and confident.
