A full body massage treatment working the legs, arms, back, neck & shoulders using Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques. Available as either a 60 or 75 minute treatment so you can choose whether you need a longer session to focus on problem areas or maybe include a relaxing scalp massage. 

Full Body Massage

Back, neck and shoulder massage to help ease muscle tension or to focus on a problem area. I use a combination of Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques depending on the clients needs. Treatments can be either 30 minutes if you want a shorter session or extended to 60 minutes.

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment bringing balance to the body and mind. Each Reflexology treatment incorporates a relaxing foot massage as well as working the reflex points on the feet which in reflexology are thought to be a map of the body.

A popular head to toe treatment which will leave you feeling utterly relaxed. Massage, Aromatherapy & Reflexology have been combined to create this special two hour session. 

Essential oils are blended for your aromatherapy massage. This can be either a full body massage or back, neck & shoulder massage. The treatment also includes a soothing scalp and facial massage and ends at your feet with some deeply relaxing reflexology.

The use of essential oils enhances both the massage and reflexology treatments, making this the ultimate relaxation package. 

Two Hour Indulgence

For those who want to ease their muscle tension but also have a full Reflexology session.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30 mins) + Foot Reflexology  (1 hr)

If you want a longer massage with a shorter Reflexology session, then this is the treatment for you.

Indian Head Massage is traditionally a seated treatment which can help ease headaches, help reduce stress, improve hair and scalp problems, help relieve eye strain, ease muscle tension and help to restore joint movement as well as boosting your immune system.

A truly relaxing treatment working the upper back, shoulders and neck followed by a head and scalp massage and finishing with some pressure point work on the face.

Holistic Facial 

Gua Sha originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Tools made of smooth stone (usually Jade, Quartz or Bian) are used on the face to help release tension and stagnation in the skin tissue and muscles, as well as working various points to bring energy (Qi) and nutrition to the neck, face & scalp.
 
These traditional & modern techniques can help soften fine lines, reduce inflammation & stagnation, lift and sculpt the face by restoring facial skin tone. A direct action of Gua Sha is that it promotes lymphatic drainage which can have a powerful effect on our overall health and well-being.

Depending on the length of your session I can also incorporate some other techniques that I offer to enhance your treatment making it bespoke to you (such as cupping, facial reflexology & massage e.g neck & shoulders/scalp).

Gua Sha Facial Rejuvenation

A gentle suction is created when a facial cup is squeezed over an area of the face. This encourages blood to flow towards the surface of the skin as the cups create a controlled mini-trauma in the same way micro-needling or derma rollers would. This prompts a healing response with more oxygenated blood flowing to the area.

Facial Cupping relaxes and tones the muscles in the face, boosts collagen production and stimulates the lymphatic system. By introducing this technique into your skin care routine, you’ll be left with skin that feels and looks more plump, healthy and glowing.

To start the treatment, flower water will be applied to gently cleanse the skin before applying a nourishing oil to the face, neck & décolleté. Varying sized cups will be used to stimulate the lymphatic system and perform the facial cupping procedure which also includes lips and eye area. A cooling clear Quartz roller will be used to support lymphatic drainage. Also includes a relaxing scalp & face massage.

Add a 15 minute facial massage onto your booking. This must NOT be booked alone and can only booked with any other full treatment except seated Indian Head Massage. Please arrive with no to minimal make up.

Face Treatments

Each aromatherapy treatment is tailored to your specific emotional or physical needs, using a blend of essential oils and massage techniques. The massage can focus on problem areas which will be discussed during the consultation. For a full body massage either select the 75 or 60 minute treatment or the 60 minute treatment for a back, neck & shoulder massage.

Carefully selected essential oils will be chosen and blended specially to suit your needs to compliment your treatment. I will be in touch beforehand to discuss this with you.  

Aromatherapy can be used to manage or cope with specific physical, mental or emotional problems, or as means of relaxation, to help maintain good health and a sense of general well-being.
