Unfortunately that cannot be helped, we always repair up too 10 days after first nail appointment free of charge, as we have done with you no questions asked.

I’ve had Biba nails 9 times in 2022 at this salon inc my wedding nails and have always been impressed. I had my nails done at the beginning of December and have since  been twice for repairs, where the gel has separated completely from nails.  Completely different to before as these normally last. This time the nails just pop off and I’ve lost 1/2 of them inc the ones that have already been repaired in a very short time. Such a busy time of year I havnt been able to go back and can’t justify the cost of replacement if they are not going to last 🥲

This includes a manicure involving cuticles being tidied and nails reshaping. Followed by an infill with a BIAB gel.
