Ran by our experienced boxing coaches and personal trainers. with some of the best boxing equipment, the gym welcomes all abilities and ages. ​We offer 1 to 1 personal training, group personal training (maximum 4 people), female only boxing, kids boxing lessons, juniors classes, senior classes and an open gym - This is outside of classes where you can follow your own training regime at your own pace.
