If you prefer a quiet appointment please let me know this is no problem at all. Stair access is required to access treatment room. Toilets available. Please familiarise yourself with these prior to booking. As noted in these policies deposits are non refundable but can be transferred up to once if at least 48 hours notice has been given. So happy with my Korean lash lift/tint, and Brow lamination/tint with Ffi! Super relaxing and comfortable space, and easy to book and message any questions in advance. Will book in again soon!🫶🏽

I’ve been going to Ffion for nearly 2 years now and she is amazing! My lashes are always perfect, and she’s so friendly and lovely every time I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough! ☺️
