Each consultation is non-invasive and rooted in holistic principles, combining nutrition, herbology, stress reduction, and targeted muscle testing. You’ll receive a full wellness evaluation, personalized guidance based on your blood type, three AO Scans with frequency corrections, and individualized insights for diet, supplements, and lifestyle. Sessions can address concerns such as low energy, digestion, circulation, fertility, mood, or hormonal balance. Delivered with warmth and expertise, this session provides practical tools and meaningful insights to support your healing journey.

How It Works

Muscle Testing – With your permission, I will remotely conduct muscle testing, a gentle, non-invasive technique that measures your body’s response to a wide range of foods.

Extensive Chart – Using a comprehensive food chart, I’ll identify which foods resonate most positively with your body and which ones may need to be avoided for now.
