If you wish to maintain your lash extensions, you must come in for infills every 2-3 weeks so that we can replace the lashes that have fallen out. Below is the list of options for you.

Please attend your classic/volume/mega volume lash extensions patch test appointments and application appointments makeup free.

Please remove your eye makeup/eye liner/mascara/false lashes and glue thoroughly before your patch test and application appointments.
As I only allow 5mins for your patch test there isn’t enough time to do a full lash cleanse.
And for application appointments I do a cleanse to remove oils etc, makeup takes much longer to remove.

If attended with eye makeup;mascara/eyeliner/lash glue or any other makeup around the eyes I will have to do a double cleanse, 15mins extra I will have to add on a charge  of £15.
Please note if you have lash glue build up this may take longer and I may need to charge £18 due to extra products used.
