I had a lovely relaxing full body massage at ELM Therapy, I would recommend it to anyone. Sam was incredibly professional and lovely, she makes you feel really comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Her massage technique really maximises stress relief and works on areas you didn't even know tension was hiding! A full body relaxation massage relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing.  It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage.  It improves your circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen and moves fluid through your lymphatic system.  a relation massage encourages your body to digest its food and get rid of its toxins.
