My experience at dragonfly therapies was amazing. I was very relaxed and the products that was used of good quality. Definitely recommend dragonfly therapies.

This is a specific massage that focuses on releasing the deeper myofascial restrictions of the deeper muscles, tendons and ligaments within the body and working with the connective tissue in our body called fascia. It is also referred to as myofascial release. 

The therapist will work with the client to establish the main areas of discomfort. Throughout the treatment the therapist will use client feedback to work through the areas. The massage and process of working deep within the muscle can be painless and the therapist will always work within the clients’ comfort zone.

This type of massage may also bring about an emotional release during a session, as with other touch therapies. Our bodies hold onto emotions deep within layers of the body. It is not unusual for clients to cry, sigh, shout out or say unusual things. This is all perfectly natural and nothing to be concerned about.

Deep Tissue Massage (Myofacial Release)

The back, neck and shoulders are a common area of the body to hold muscle discomfort. You may have a back, neck & shoulder massage purely for relaxation or you may prefer a deeper massage to work on specific areas of pain or tension. I can adapt to your requirements by using a mixture of massage techniques.

When reiki and seichem is used with a massage it becomes a wonderful therapy on all levels; mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. 

Enjoy this treatment with the enhanced deep warmth of hot oil. The perfect pamper treat to lift your mood and warm the skin.

The hydro-therapy cushions are filled with warm water heated between 35-45 degrees and placed on the couch. The client lies face up on the cushion for the whole treatment. There are many benefits from the treatment including:

Aromatherapy massage is particularly suited to conditions involving stress or improving emotionally-related conditions.

A wonderfully relaxing full body massage. Massage techniques are applied directly to the clients' skin and can include effleurage, friction, kneading, long strokes, percussion, shaking motions, tapping or vibration.

The reiki practitioner places their hands on or above the clients' body from head to toe in various positions. The energies pass through the Practitioner and into the clients' body.

There is no belief system attached to reiki so it can be received by anybody. Reiki will support other complementary therapies and medical treatments. Reiki is excellent for pregnant women as it can help to relieve the symptoms of morning sickness. It relieves aches and pains especially backache, swollen feet and ankles. Natural Lift Facial Massage

The theory behind reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the body are mirrored or reflected in smaller peripheral areas, e.g. the feet, hands, ears and face.

Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes. The therapist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet. You may feel areas of temporary discomfort during the treatment, but generally the experience should be relaxing.

Reflexology very much works on an individual basis; the therapist provides professional facilitation of your body’s own potential for wellbeing.

Distant Reiki healing is the practice of sending reiki to someone without them being present. This has many benefits including:

The patient does not to be in the room, or indeed in the same country for the reiki healing to work.

It can be useful for people who are unable to travel for whatever reason.

Ideal for animals who are too stressed or wild to have a close session with a reiki healer. 

Distant healing is known by many names such as absent healing, reiki distance healing, remote reiki healing, distance healing, remote healing, intuitive healing, remote energy healing and many more. It is the practice of tuning into another being, making the energetic connection and sending the energy to that specific location.

Reiki & Seichem (Distance Healing Session)

Seated acupressure massage (sometimes also called on-site massage) is based on the traditional Japanese acupressure technique called anma. Anma is Japanese for ‘press and rub’ and this therapy aims to stimulate the acupressure points in the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back.

Unlike acupuncture, seated acupressure massage does not use needles. Instead, it uses the hands to stimulate the energy points which can be found all along the meridians, or energy lines, of the body. There is a specific sequence of movements, which are designed to improve the flow of energy throughout the body and balance and strengthen the body’s muscular, circulatory and nervous systems.
