Traditional Māori Miri Miri / Romi Romi massage - The gift of healing activate your innate healing abilities.  A gentle yet strong focused massage.  To restore function and release tension in the physical body. Techniques to agitate the internal systems, organs and energetic pathways to release deeply held Mamae (Pain)   

Miri Miri can be customised to your needs and is intuitively driven I recommend 3 weekly or fortnightly treatments for me to really tune in to your energetic patterns.  Otherwise the massage generally includes: 

60 mins Includes back of the body, lower legs,  feet, décolletage, neck and head. 

90mins is full body feet and head 

120mins is full body feet head more time on each area 

Traditional NZ Miri Miri Massage

We begin this treatment opening the lymphatic pathways using specially designed Lymphatic brushing and agitating the lymphatic system which requires no oil.  Then enjoy a massage using beautiful oils.  This is not a full MLD massage.  


Lux Lymphatic Brushing and Massage 

Your Lymphatic system is your bodies sewerage system transporting and draining fluid called Lymph. Lymph is drained through nodes which are located in specific areas the lymphatic reset is focused on releasing lymph through high traffic areas through the stomach, rib cage, chest and décolletage areas.  Drink at least 2 cups of room temp water beforehand for best results.

You must first book a full MLD massage pay full price and every other MLD massage is half price MUST be within 7 days.  Recommended for people with lymphatic issues nodes removed, lymphedema, lipodema where lymph is pitting the more treatments the better to give relief and establish healthy lymph pathways.

Whenever you’re feeling ready or it is recommended to wait 2 weeks after birth or once you’ve had significant rest and healing from your birthing experience (6weeks). Birth can really affect our bodies relaxation and rest is needed.  You’re welcome to bring your new Bub I also add extra time for if you need to feed etc.
