Em is a really great trainer and I benefited so much from her sessions. She tailored each and every session to my needs, and I can definitely highly recommend her to anyone who is looking into EMS training.

I can’t recommend Burn studio enough 🤍 Training here has been such a special part of my routine, and even now during my pregnancy, the support I’ve received has meant everything.
