Always a positive experience. Mel has the perfect blend of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. She is clearly passionate about understanding how she can help people, and has an abundance of insight and ideas, meaning she provides a very personalised treatment, and with compassion. Easy to talk to and easy to trust. I would highly recommend Mel.
