My recent massage session was mostly positive. The staff was welcoming, and the therapist was professional. However, the massage was sometimes painfully intense, leaving bruises. I also found the head pounding during the scalp massage concerning, as it could cause injury. Despite these issues, I'd consider returning, but with reservations. Overall, I'd rate it 8/10.

I made an appointment through the website three hours earlier (on a Saturday!!!) and was able to get an appointment at a good time.

The therapist (Leah) gave a great massage which addressed the issue I indicated (shoulder pain).

A day later, I have less pain and far better freedom of movement in both shoulders.

When I settled the bill, between having private health insurance and opting to pay with cash, the cost to me was $15 less than the cost listed on the  poster.

What's not to like ???
