During this treatment, I will use a variety of techniques to target specific areas of tension and release built-up knots and tightness. Our deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to alleviate chronic pain and improve flexibility, while our relaxing massage uses gentle strokes and soothing techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress. With the Ultimate Back Massage, I'll use specialised techniques to release built-up tension and increase circulation in your back muscles, then you can chose between the added benefits of either 
cupping, hot stone or gua sha.
Cupping therapy, with its use of glass cups, will help to loosen tight muscles and improve blood flow, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. 
The addition of hot stones will melt away any remaining tension, providing deep relaxation and promoting overall well-being. 
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves scraping the skin to relieve pain and tension. 
Combined with the other techniques, it will leave your back feeling like new.

Ultimate Back Massage

Uncover the age-old tradition of body cupping, a natural therapy that enhances relaxation and overall well-being. Feel the revitalizing effects as suction cups delicately massage your body, alleviating muscle tension and enhancing blood circulation. 

This treatment includes face down cupping and massage using a pressure of your choice on the back.
Cupping is an extremely thorough treatment, and due to this I spend 60 mins on the back and unable to do a 60 min full body.
However you can book a full body treatment or back massage and choose to have basic cupping or a few specific areas, but you may not  get the full benefits of traditional cupping.
