Nail Strengthening Treatments

The nail biter programme consists of four treatments over the space of a month to help strengthen and lengthen your nails: the first session is an hour long consultation where we'll discuss how best to help you with the causes and triggers for biting, we'll do a cuticle treatment and IBX nail strengthening treatment to reinforce the nails from within, finishing with an Ethos nail treatment to nourish your nails. I'll give you two BioSculpture products to take home with you as well as an affirmation poster and personalized aftercare advice to help keep you on track between treatments.

You'll be asked to send photos of your nails every 2-3 days to help celebrate your progress and keep you from biting

Week 2:  We'll do another IBX nail strengthening treatment with Ethos and BioSculpture builder gel to add strength while nourishing your nails

Week 3 and 4: We'll remove the gel, apply another IBX nail strengthening treatment and finish with Ethos and BioSculpture builder gel.
