How do I purchase a product online?

Each store that has been set up on Fresha has been created by one of our Partners and allows them to promote and sell their products directly to their customers.

Fresha is in no way responsible for the shipping or delivery of any order placed with an online store. If there is an issue with your order please contact the store directly.

To purchase something from an online store:

  1. Use the direct link shared with you by one of our Partners.
  2. Browse the products available and click on them to find out more about each of the products.
  3. Click Add to cart under the products you’d like to purchase.
  4. Once all of the items have been added to your cart, click Checkout. You’ll be asked to log into your Fresha account or create one if you don’t already have one.
  5. Based on shipping preferences, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like Pickup or Delivery. If you select Pickup, you can choose a location to collect your order from. If you select Delivery, you can add or choose your address.
  6. Choose a Delivery option and Proceed to payment.
  7. Once you have selected a payment option or added a new one, click Pay now and your order will be confirmed.

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of any order placed through Fresha under My orders on your Fresha account, and from emails confirming an order status update.
