Founded by Natalia Di Bella, an ITEC and VTCT qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and member of both the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Balance + Me is dedicated to restoring balance to mind, body and spirit.

Located in Manchester city centre, our sanctuary offers a tranquil, refined space away from the urban hustle, where complementary therapies and holistic rituals invite you to slow down, reconnect and restore.

Natalia’s approach is deeply personalised, recognising that no two individuals are the same. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, combining professional expertise with a holistic understanding of wellbeing.

Treatments are eligible for reimbursement through health insurance, depending on individual policy and level of cover.
