Hi, I'm Sue. I help people feel calmer, more relaxed and more like themselves through breathwork, massage, Reiki and gentle movement. Many of the people I work with feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted or carry tension in their bodies. My approach is gentle, personalised and focused on helping you slow down, reconnect with yourself and find practical ways to feel better.

Sue has a relaxing calm approach,which immediately puts you at ease.I enjoyed both massage and rekie. The studio is so comfortable excellent experience.
