Shannel was so attentive to my autistic son’s needs and ensured he was comfortable throughout. My son said on the way home “I’m gorgeous!”

Shannel knows my hair better than me! She is always keen to check before making any suggestions and double checks afterwards to make sure I’m happy with the cut.
