A £20 consultation deposit is required to secure all appointments. This fee is fully redeemable against your chosen service should you proceed with booking. If you decide not to move forward, £10 of the deposit will be refunded, with £10 retained to cover the time, expertise, and personalised advice provided during your consultation. Should you proceed with an installation or any service, the full £20 will be deducted from your final balance. All deposits are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.
