With over 15 years’ experience as a massage therapist, I specialise in deep tissue and sports massage, helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. I’ve developed a holistic approach that combines soft tissue release, mobility, and strength techniques to relieve both chronic and acute muscle pain — and support lasting results.

I had a great experience with Niv today. She is very warm and welcoming. She listened to all my symptoms and told me the plan for treatment. I was delighted with the deep tissue massage, it was exactly what I needed! She then summarised what she uncovered and advised some exercises for me to do at home. I would definitely reccomend her
