Hi, I am Jessika - and I believe massage is more than just easing muscle tension. It is about helping you reconnect with your body, release stress, and feel truly cared for. Every session is tailored to what you need that day. Note: I do not provide treatment for pregnant clients.

I highly recommend Jess! She did an amazing job helping to relieve the pain I was experiencing from insertional Achilles tendinopathy. She applied just the right amount of pressure to specific areas and used a variety of techniques that made a real difference. Thanks to Jess, I’m feeling much better and more confident heading into the Dublin Marathon. Thank you so much, Jess, for all your help and for getting me ready for race day! 🏃♂️🙌
