Liz is great. Really listens to your concerns, completes a thorough hands on assessment and takes the treatment from there. I have seen her for various different niggles and have recommended many of my friends and family to see her. As someone that does alot of sport I find her techniques great- you always leave feeling she has worked on the area and released the tension but with no soreness. I never have any issues just cracking on with training the next day!

Liz sorted me right out! Found pains I didn’t even know I had and has such good knowledge of muscles / pressure points to help release tightness 10/10 will be back on a regular basis!
