Katie was wonderful, very professional and reassuring to someone not only new to the salon, but to the town! I haven’t been to a salon in quite a while and was feeling a little guilty about the state of my hair, but Katie was so sweet and skilled during the consultation. I can’t wait to come back for my (extra long) appointment!

Im new to NB and Katie was really patient, took her time to get an idea of how my hair works (curly mop) and didn't let me rush into a cut my hair wouldn't like or sit well with. The result was so nice, I totally have confidence in her. I've been back to adjust the colour by having a toner. Katie explained how colour would work on my hair and I love it!
