Kate was great. Needed someone happy to cut short hair. Kate was very reassuring, understood just what I wanted. I went with hair that had got long, out of control and scruffy and came out feeling great. Hair looks amazing and I booked my next appointment straight away. Thank you.

Kate dissuaded me from a 'pudding bowl' shape and as usual, came up with the best solution for my thick hair.
