Thank you so much we do really try we don’t always get it right but we try

Therapist was good. Not amazing like a Hilda / Helga. The reason I’m not a consistent customer is because I never get a consistent experience. It feels like sometimes you get a high quality trained therapist and an amazing experience, then next time you get a recently trained, less years in the industry person.

We are truly sorry that your experience was not what you expected. We did truly try to accommodate you as the appointment had been moved an we had to move therapist around, . Please know that you are more than welcome to visit us again. We would genuinely love the opportunity to make it right and give you the relaxing, beautiful experience you deserve.
