After reading Hilde’s story, I knew Myofascial Release was what I needed. After 16 years of back pain, I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I honestly couldn’t believe the relief after just one session! Hilde was so welcoming and explained everything brilliantly. I’m walking with ease instead of my usual limp/shuffle and was even able to stand and watch my son play football unaided, something I haven’t managed for 12–18 months. I’m not saying I’m cured, but this has given me so much hope! I’ll be booking weekly with Hilde. Thank you so much, you’re amazing! 😀 xx
