Through our thorough whole body testing (FROM and BUNKIE), nervous system support and gentle fascia release we target specific tight areas and release them in order for you to regain full range mobility. Have been going to Bianca for a while now. The Lyno is exactly what my body needed to come into alignment and to stay aligned. Thoroughly enjoying the lymph sessions too (despite initial discomfort where the lymph was stagnant) - definite shifts in my body. Bianca works magic.

As a first session, I felt totally at ease and the exercises given were easy to understand and implement. This is very gentle in all aspects so anyone feeling a bit vulnerable will definitely appreciate the way they are being taken care of.
