Agata brings a thoughtful, tailored approach to massage, listening to what each person needs and adjusting the pressure to suit. Her deep tissue and sports massages have helped ease neck, shoulder and upper-back tightness, and she also shares at-home stretches and exercises to support ongoing mobility.

I am really impressed with Agata. Its the first time I visited Blackheath yoga, and the first time seeing Agata for a full body massage. Agata was immediately made me feel at ease, nothing was a problem for her. Her work ethic and standards were impeccable. My massage was just perfect, I left feeling 100% relaxed and refreshed.
