Indian head massage (45 mins)

This is a deep pressure massage and a form of soft tissue mobilisation that focuses on correcting imbalances. Improving flexibility, performance and healing . Upon assessment  a session is tailored to an individual’s needs and range of techniques are selected and may incorporate Chinese cupping, IASTM(blading) and infra red heat therapy.
