I offer one-to-one consultations, using Zoom and in person in Hermon, Pembrokeshire. I am a fully qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist. I have a wide range of clients, with issues ranging from digestive problems, fertility difficulties, anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, aches, and pains. I also offer general life and nutrition advice. Naturopathy goes beyond just diet, as it considers hydration, food, purposeful supplementation, and naturopathic techniques. Naturopathy combines old wisdom with modern-day living and works on a physical, mental and emotional level.
