At Revive - Kendal, the massage is shaped around what needs attention: the therapist asks about problem areas and works into knots and tight muscles. Deep tissue and hot stone massages are both mentioned, with clients also describing advice on exercises and support for managing aches beyond the session.

As someone who’s had multiple messages over the years this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had, he knew exactly where to target for my problem areas, it was also incredibly relaxing! I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Mark is a fabulous massage therapist. I did his hour long deep tissue for some serious knots and sports injuries. He is super passionate about the body and his anatomical knowledge and PT experience was just what I was looking for as he knew exactly what to work on and talked me through each new part of the session. Very grateful for his good work. Thank you Mark!
