This is for a separate Hot Stone Massage treatment, not added to a Sports Massage treatment. NOTE: Temperature can be adjusted higher or lower for your individual preference. 

Hot Stone Massage

Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system using the upper Chakras and this tradition is still carried out in modern India today. This massage works on areas of the body particularly prone to stress. Indian Head Massage and is designed for the upper back, neck, shoulders, upper arms, scalp and finishing with the face. This treatment can be undertaken as a seated or laying down massage, depending on your preference.

A fixed £40 per hour fee, choosing a length of treatments for your employees: Options:
1. 10mins treatments = 4 per hour.
2. 15mins treatments = 3 per hour.
3. 20mins treatments = 2 per hour.

What to expect?
1. Individually tailored treatments. Choose from back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands. (Depending on length of treatments, multiple areas are treated.)
2. Sigh-up sheet pre-event for easy tracking.
3. Discreet 1-to-1 treatments.
