Hi, I’m Jo and I created Mind & Body Therapy in 2020. The goal is to have a place to come where your Mind and Body both get the support they require. I offer therapeutic massage using Tui Balm waxes. Therapeutic massage is good for relaxation, de-stressing and lymphatic drainage. I am also a third-year counselling student at NMIT. I get a lot of gratification from my counselling placements in the community.
