Lisa did a wonderful reflexology treatment for my 12 week old baby and myself. Highly recommend!
Reflexology for the face and feet, specialising in fertility and maternity care. Treatments are available to all and help to rebalance mind and body while providing clients with a nurturing space to unwind and drift off into a deep state of relaxation. A gentle, natural therapy to support you on your wellness journey. *Please note*I am based at The Playhub in Buckhurst Hill on a Thursday where a free creche is available for those in need of childcare.
