Introduction to coffee is ideal for anyone who is new or looking to get into the coffee industry. The course follows coffee’s journey from its origin in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today. From growing the cherries through grading, roasting, and brewing, this module provides an overview of the coffee chain. This half-day training includes ‘coffee cupping’ to develop your taste buds and help you recognize the various coffee flavour.
