Really friendly. Put both myself and daughter at ease for our first time having waxing done and would highly recommend. Absolutely lovely person.

Still had lots of hairs left and have bruises. Was told my hair is too fine in places so didn't end up having the full body wax that I paid for. Will not go back

thank you for your feedback. I have already issued you a £35 refund for the areas that could not be treated. Fair skin bruises very easily and this is a known reaction that is not related to technique. Unfortunately wax is also unable to grip very fine, fair hair effectively. I always act in my clients' best interest in your hair removal journey
