Sofia did a very good massage on my back! She knew where my knots were and could tell how tight I was but she sorted me out I will be back🩷

Sheila was able to fit me in for an appointment 2 days after my shoulder froze up. She did manipulation and gave me exercises to get it moving again and the difference in just a few days has been nothing short of miraculous. She's an amazing person, with incredible knowledge and skills. Thankyou!

I was nervous at first, but Yasuko reassured me and talked me through every step. She made me so feel so much better and gave me exercises to do at home. She was very kind and patient with my progress.

I’ve had a reoccurring pain in my back for over 20 years. Once into see Sheila and the pain has gone. Praying it remains that way. Also getting 1st class shock wave treatment the lump on my Achilles, it’s gradually improving. A couple more sessions should see me back on track. Thanks so much Sheila 🌟🌟
