STUDIO APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, your deposit will be lost. MISSED APPOINTMENTS (NO SHOWS) is when you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and you don't call us to cancel your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
