I enjoy providing Trigger Point and Myofascial Release techniques. During covid I completed a Medical Massage course online whilst working 5 years+ in a chiropractic environment. Hence, I have a fair understanding of various presentations. In the past 10 years I completed Graduate certificates in Positive Psychology and Gerontology. I look forward to be of service to your health and wellbeing.

Really good experience :) she is very knowledgeable and helped with trigger points that were causing shoulder pain since long ago. Also cleared all the stiffness in my neck.
