Charlene and Vanessa are genuinely lovely people who are both talented and warm. I feel I can rely on both their advice and skilled care. Maria D

I had a great experience with Vanessa this afternoon. It was my first time getting this treatment so I was a little nervous and apprehensive but she made me feel comfortable and at ease after an in-depth consultation, talking me through the treatment. She was so gentle, I barely felt a thing!
