My dream has always been to open my very own studio, which came true in 2024, my proudest achievement to date! My aim is to provide treatments that relax & rejuvenate! I’m a strong believer in self care, wellbeing & mental health.

Always a great deep tissue massage from Shay! Shay takes time to understand what I'm there for and what areas need focusing on. Plus we always have such a lovely chat!
