Sarah was so knowledgeable and thorough during my Postpartum Mummy MOT. I came away feeling so much better and had an answer for some of the symptoms I have been experiencing. This should be standard practice for anyone postpartum! I would highly recommend.

Nicest people, incredible massage and great recovery workouts too. 5 stars isn't enough
