Sarah was so great, listened to everything I said and made sure she worked out the areas I felt needed it, and found others I did not know were there! Cannot recommend her enough. Every session makes me feel brand new.

I had three massages over time to address my issue. They were expertly carried out and very thorough. I was given advice about how to do things differently in future and each time the therapist built on what she had done before. She also explained what she was doing and why. These massages have addressed my issue and have made a great difference to my well being.
