I've been working as a Complementary Therapist for 14 years. I qualified at City of Bath College in VTCT level 3 Massage, including Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Indian Head Massage, Facials and Reiki. Holistic therapies not only relieve muscle strain but support the immune system and act as a preventative to the build up of stress and disease ,treating tthe body mind and spirit as a whole

Wonderfully relaxing, therapeutic aromatherapy massage. Ruth is a highly skilled, attentive and respectful practitioner. She asked how much pressure I was comfortable with. The massage was a combination of addressing knots and deeply soothing techniques. We exchanged snippets of conversation, but Ruth let me drift off in the most relaxing moments. Whilst not the most ambient room at first glance, that didn't matter as I was given an eye mask, and the massage was so nourishing. The fan kept the room cool, and the background soundtrack was at just the right level. Highly recommended.
