She was great about explaining the different brow shapes, and thankfully talked me out of getting brow lamination. With my thick brows, I would have walked out looking like Frida Kahlo had she not convinced me otherwise! Very quick and thorough.

I am very happy with my Ombre eyebrows,I have alopecia,and Ríanna was very helpful and understanding,she gave me exactly what I wanted,I have much more confidence now,and no longer have to waste my mornings pencilling in eyebrows,,lovely relaxing atmosphere,and the staff are very friendly too x
