Renata asked lots of questions which I like. Deep Pressure spot massage and explain Exercises to strengthen my shoulder. Fingers cross it improves with time

Incredible knowledge of the body and really listens to what you've been doing to have impact on where you are struggling with body pain. Genuinely a really good human and I cant thank her enough for treating the abuse my body takes!
