Racquel has had a passion for hair artistry as early as kindergarten. Racquel is driven and ambitious and thus, continuously educates herself on the latest techniques and trends. When it comes to chemical services, she specializes in blonding and dimensional color. Racquel graduated from Toni and Guy, a multi award-winning academy, and has been at Francesco and Giovanni Salon since 2014.
