Rachel was fantastic start to finish, friendly atmosphere and welcoming host. She took all my opinions about my hair into consideration and we made a plan that would get my desired outcome while maintaining hair condition. 10/10 would recommend.

Rachel is fab!!! She listens, and understands what you want. She is honest, professional and a perfectionist! I've come home with exactly, if not more than I hoped for. Already booked up for next appointment.
